14 days cooling-off period
At Decostyle.nl you can exchange or return an item within 14 days.
This period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
Products that are damaged or incomplete are not eligible for exchange or refund.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us with a copy of the invoice and a completed >>Return form<<, in accordance with the instructions provided by us.
It is important that the product is complete and in its original packaging (if reasonably possible and applicable).
In this case, the shipping costs for the return are for you.

If you return your order within 14 working days, your purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 5 days after termination of the purchase agreement.

Bij Decostyle.nl kunt u een artikel binnen 14 dagen ruilen of retourneren.
Deze termijn gaat in op de dag na ontvangst van het product.
Producten die beschadigd of niet compleet zijn komen niet voor ruiling of restitutie in aanmerking.
Indien u van uw herroepingsrecht gebruik maakt, kunt u het product met een kopie van de factuur en een ingevuld >>Retourformulier<< aan ons retourneren, conform de door ons verstrekte instructies.
Het is wel van belang dat het product compleet is en in de oorspronkelijke verpakking zit (indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk en van toepassing).
De verzendkosten voor de retourzending zijn in dit geval voor u.

Indien u uw bestelling binnen 14 werkdagen retourneert wordt uw aankoopbedrag (inclusief verzendkosten) binnen 5 dagen na ontbinding van de koopovereenkomst op uw rekening teruggestort.
